Install

Wizzo runs on Android 8.0 or newer. For a USB connection to the radio, the phone needs USB host (OTG) support, which almost every modern phone has.

1. Download the APK from the Download page on your phone.
2. Open it. Android asks whether your browser may install unknown apps. Allow it, go back, and tap Install.
3. Open Wizzo. It asks for:
   • Location, for your position on the map, follow-me and terrain warnings;
   • Nearby devices, only if you connect over Bluetooth.

Next, connect to your radio.

Updates

You only install by hand once. After that Wizzo checks for new releases and installs them itself. See App updates.
